"Everything about this release is perfect, this CD redefines the word "CLASSIC" for me. "

9/10 - Rock Hard Magazine

From The Bridge

Welcome back to the Moonwatch Commandscript Online!

Extraterrestrial greetings, and welcome to the second online edition of the Moonwatch Commandscript.

In this issue, we continue our look at the making of the debut Sacred Blade album. There is an in depth look at the process and politics behind the creation of the cover artwork. We also take a look at the band from management's perspective. As with online Commandscript Volume 5, parts of this volume feature articles originally published in the printed version of Commandscripts 4 and 5.

We will also take a look at the decisions behind the remastering of the Limited Edition Of the Sun + Moon CD, and begin to look at some of the albums that influenced the Sacred Blade sound and attitude.

We need your feedback in order to improve this publication. If you would like to see a story on an aspect of Sacred Blade not covered here, let us know. Feel free to drop us a line with your comments, criticisms or suggestions on how to improve this digest, we look forward to hearing from you.

Until next time, keep your eyes to the skies.

Nuts and Bolts (or is that bits and bytes?)

For those interested in the technology used to create this publication, the online edition was coded in Adobe Pagemill 2.0, and BBEdit 5.0 on a Power Macintosh 7200/75 computer, with 128 megs of RAM, and a Power Macintosh G3/350, with 198 megs RAM.
Photographs were scanned with an Epson ES-800C flatbed scanner, and manipulated in Adobe Photoshop 3.05 and 5.0. Artwork was created in Adobe Illustrator 6, or imported from the original Aldus Freehand 2 and 3 files used in the former printed version of the Commandscript.

Web pages were beta tested using Netscape Navigator 4.01 and Microsoft Explorer 4.01. The pages are served by Starnine's Webstar server software running on Apple Macintosh G3 computers.
